How do I receive letters or parcels ?

You can ask for a key to your personal post box at reception.

Your flat number is noted on it. 

To receive mail, address it as follows.:

SMARTments business with location, for example SMARTments business Munich Parkstadt-Schwabing

First name & Surname

Address 

Postcode & location

Please do not include the flat number, otherwise we will not be able to allocate the mail if we do not know exactly who it is for.
