Emergencies & Fire alarm

Noise disturbance by other guests or strangers.

Please inform us immediately by e-mail about the incident or contact us by telephone.

On weekends and public holidays, the police or fire brigade must be called in if necessary.

Fire alarm in the house

Please assemble at the central point outside the house, signposted on your escape plan in your room or on the floor.

The fire brigade will come immediately in case of an alarm, reset the system in case of a false alarm or extinguish the fire.

Medical emergencies

Please call the emergency number 112, this is a Europe-wide emergency number.

For non-urgent emergencies, please call 116117. This is a medical on-call service.
