With the automated confirmation, we also send the info for the Hotelbird App in the footer. You can use this to check in online and enter the house and apartment from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

Here you have to register and verify yourself once.

If we have received your direct e-mail address (not always the case when you made a booking online via another provider), your reservation will be displayed directly in the app.

Otherwise, you can use your booking number. This can found in the subject line of the confirmation, e.g. ABCDEFGH-1.

It's important that access to Bluetooth be allowed to guarantee the virtual key's functionality. Please also complete the online check-in with your signature here.

You will receive the virtual key in the app with the corresponding apartment number on the day of arrival from 3pm. This will give you access to the house and the apartment. Here is an example of what this might look like on your mobile phone.
