Advance Online Check-In

You will receive an automated confirmation email from us on the day of your reservation, as well as arrival information three days before check-in with the access code to the house and the link for online check-in. All the data must be filled in here and after successful check-in incl. signature you will receive a QR code by e-mail, which you only need to scan at the terminal on spot, which will enable you to create your own key card directly. To do this, follow the instructions on the terminal.

Online Check-In at SMARTments business Hamburg Aussenalster

In our SMARTments business in Hamburg we use a different check-in system from the other locations. Here in Hamburg we use straiv by Code2Order.

When we send you the confirmation on the day of your reservation, you will receive the link for the online check-in.

This can be filled in beforehand and finalised on the day of arrival. It is mandatory in order to receive the access codes for the house and the apartment.

The codes will be sent to you after successful online check-in.

For access to the house use the code for the building and for the first access to the apartment use the 8-digit code. The entry of the codes is confirmed in each case with a small tick.

After the one-time use of the 8-digit access code, the 4-digit comfort room code can be used for the rerst of the stay.
