The following things must be observed:
- Was the card successfully created at the check-in terminal? The terminal makes a "beep" sound when the room card is successfully created.
- What colour is the light on the lock of the door? If it is green, the card is correctly coded and the door can be opened.
- When using the Hotelbird app, please check that Bluetooth is switched on.
